Returns, Cancellations, Warranty & Care Policy

At Monster Furniture Clearance Depot, we want every customer to enjoy peace of mind when purchasing from us.

Please review our policy below — it covers your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and our store-specific terms for cancellations, returns, warranties, and furniture care.

Your Rights under the Australian Consumer Law

All our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your statutory rights.

Order Cancellations

Before Dispatch

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.
• A 30% cancellation fee applies to cover administrative, supplier, and handling costs.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

After Dispatch or Delivery

• Once goods have been dispatched or delivered, orders cannot be cancelled for change of mind or incorrect selection.
• If you refuse delivery or request cancellation after dispatch, you will be liable for return freight and restocking fees.

If We Cannot Supply

If we are unable to supply your goods due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. stock unavailability, or pricing error), we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund of any amount paid.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer’s remorse.

At our discretion, a return may be approved if:

• The product is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging;
• You contact us within 7 days of delivery; and
• You agree to cover return freight and a restocking fee (30% of invoice value).

Note: Special orders, clearance, floor-stock, or special-order items are sold as is and are not returnable.
