The standard delivery of $85 is applicable to most Sydney metro areas and delivery fees vary depending on the suburbs. Please ask our staff member for delivery fees within Sydney and NSW.
Quoted delivery fee is for drop off to the home with sufficient access.
Our driver will text you ½ hour before delivery. Please make sure that all phone numbers have been taken down correctly at the point of sale.
New furniture often seems larger in your home than in our store. One final measurement before delivery is recommended if you are concerned about space and size. If you are shopping for large items such as lounges, bedding, dressers or entertainment units, please consider how the piece will fit into your home. Please measure the item then please measure all door opening etc.
Your delivery will need to be signed by someone at your delivery address. If nobody is available to accept the delivery at the nominated address and time, we will be unable to complete the delivery. In those circumstances, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery and additional delivery charges will apply.
Our delivery driver cannot remove other furniture already in your home.
Please also be aware that due to a large number of deliveries our driver is unable to remove or take responsibility for any boxes, plastic or rubbish that may have been used to package your goods. This rubbish is the customers’ responsibility.
Please ensure that the access is appropriate for the furniture to be delivered. This includes making sure that all doorways are wide enough to fit the product through. If the item is to be taken upstairs or by lift (if required), please ensure enough room to fit.
Please organise adequate protection for your floors and internal surfaces prior to delivery as we are not responsible for damage to your floors or internal surfaces caused in any way by the delivery of your goods. Due to OH&S requirements, delivery personnel must wear appropriate footwear at all times so take measures to ensure your floors and internal surfaces are protected.
